Welcome to Lunar Delta! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how ROLUXA LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of Lunar Delta (“the App”).
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of data when you use the App:
- Device Information (e.g., device model, operating system, device identifiers)
- Purchase information — if you buy an item in the App, Google Play sends the App a record of that purchase (order number, the item bought, the time of purchase and a purchase token). We never receive your payment card, bank or billing details.
- App and device integrity signals — when the App checks that it is genuine, Google Play services send Google information about the App (package name, version, signing certificate and Google Play licence status) and a device attestation (whether the device is a genuine, certified Android device, the status of Google Play Protect, and whether apps that can capture the screen or control the device are running). 3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Diagnose technical issues
- Ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse
- Deliver and restore the items you buy, and prevent fraudulent or duplicate purchases
- Verify that the App is genuine, installed from Google Play and running on a genuine device, to protect players against cheating, tampering and fraud
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain collected data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and it is automatically deleted within 90 days. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the details below, and we will process your request promptly. Purchase records the App receives are kept on your device only for as long as the App is installed; Google keeps its own payment records under Google's policies (see the In-App Purchases section).
5. Advertising
Lunar Delta does not display advertising and does not share your data with advertising networks for ad targeting.
6. In-App Purchases
Lunar Delta is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases of virtual coins. All payments are processed by Google Play (Google LLC): your payment details are handled by Google under the Google Payments Privacy Notice and the Google Privacy Policy, and are never shared with us.
- What we receive: only the purchase record described in the Information We Collect section, which the App uses to add the coins to your balance and to finish purchases that were interrupted. It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
- Virtual coins have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used inside the App. They are stored on your device: uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes them.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.
- Parents: every purchase needs the approval of the Google account holder. You can require a password or approval for purchases in the Google Play app (Settings → Authentication, or Google Family Link).
7. Google Play Integrity
To protect Lunar Delta and its players from tampering, piracy and fraud, the App uses the Google Play Integrity API (Google LLC). When the App runs this check, Google Play services send the information described in the Information We Collect section to Google, which returns a signed verdict about the App and the device. According to Google, this data is encrypted, is not transferred to any third parties and is deleted after a fixed retention period. We use the verdict only to verify that the App and the device are genuine; it is not used for advertising and is not sold. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy and the Play Integrity API terms.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for analytics and crash reporting (for example, to measure app performance and fix bugs). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

10. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
